At Kove, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment doesn't meet your performance standards, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your unworn gear in its original packaging and drop off the box at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new gear within 5-7 business days.
